It was wasting so much time and driving me mad! The only chance I have of starting it when it does turn off is that little quick play button who woulda thought the thing could ever be useful??? I have the same problem, except I found some insances in which the LEDs appear to have less than minimum power. I went through BIOS but the feature for turning off the sound for buttons was disabled. These are just Disabled or Adjusted properties, and probably of no use.
As Buttonss said I think that everyone in this thread may have a different problem and therefore a different solution especially after several failed attempts to correct the problem.
If you have changed users, and a performance problem quockplay as a result, log off of the first user account and ensure that the second user account is logged in properly before continuing with the presentation. Re-install Realtek sound driver and reboot.
